My car is always in the shop far longer than anticipated. Communication from the service advisor is not adequate. Dealership runs the clock "troubleshooting" an issue with the window not opening/closing wh Communication from the service advisor is not adequate. Dealership runs the clock "troubleshooting" an issue with the window not opening/closing when opening the door on my cabriolet billing over $1,200 when there is one control unit involved in the issue that should have taken little time to identify and replace. Control unit cost was an additional $800. I get angry for similar reasons every time I take my car in for service at this dealership but don't know where else to go. More

Questionable Post-Sale Customer Service and Information Purchased a 2021 CPO Audi SQ5 Sportback. Unable to register the car to Audi Connect due to lack of details from this dealership. With the assistance and cooperation of Brian Westbrook ,Financial Services Manager at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter the issue was resolved. I am sorry it resulted in a negative review for Brian, however I believe the Jim Ellis organization / family needs to wake-up and focus on customers instead of their own "feel-good" commercials. More
