1st time experience I recently bought a 2015 Porsche Panamera S Hybrid still under manufactures warranty. I had a rattling noise at 18oo RPM that was not normal. They gave me a loaner and pressed on trying three different solutions to eradicate the problem. Problem iwas solved! My service advisor was Tony Betancourt and he was a pleasure to work with.
