However, I am really appreciate Eric Mihelich (the General Manager) and Sean the Service Manager at Jim Ellis quick response and action to fix the problems I pass on to Gene and being ignore. Great Managment and their sincerely care about their customer needs and bring customer satisfaction! More

It is said that customers that have issues resolved in an efficient manner are even more loyal than those that never even encounter an issue. I look for that to be the case here. More

Anyone who can talk me through a dead battery to unlatch the truck of GT3 is is worth his weight in Gold and stay with you even though all ot needs. Outstanding service that is complete and done right the first time. I’ve been taking my 996 to Jim Ellis for service since day one and usually ask for Johnathon. This guy is incrediable and the best tech that you will find on the planet. Are there less expensive service centers available? Sure, but my experience has been that these guys know what they are doing, they correctly fix the problem the first time and thoroughly inspect the car at each service level. Here’s an example of going above and beyond. I had recently put a new set of tires on the car which I purchased at a specialty tire center known for high performance cars. On my way home my flat tire warning came on. This was late Saturday afternoon and the tire center was now closed. I pulled into Jim Ellis, Johnathon pulled my car in, located the problem tire, dismounted it, cleaned the inner rim (the cause of the problem), reinstalled the tire and charged me NOTHING! More
