This was my first Porsche purchase and my first vehicle purchase "sight-unseen". I found a beautiful 2018 Porsche 718 Cayman S online as a Certified Pre-Owned Porsche. Shortly after inquiring about this car through online/email, Trey Lorenzen called me back directly. I explained that this Porsche had everything I was looking for. Trey was the ultimate professional and offered to take additional pictures, videos - whatever I needed. He went over the vehicle in detail and found no flaws. The whole process from start to finish took around one week including the delivery of my vehicle to my home in Indiana. The car arrived in perfect condition. Had some scheduling hiccups but overall the service experience was great; service required more time than expected but I was provided a free lyft ride home which was a nice touch. My car was out of warranty but the issue that I had was related to the extended warranty on Macan wheel speed sensors. I explained my (likely) problem and did not receive any negative feedback even though I was a customer presenting a diagnosis. Cody Woods was proactive and provided updates so I was always informed of progress. I also appreciated that the tech provided a video walk through of potential future problem areas.
