I was looking at this particular Macan for about three months. I had numerous contacts with Raphael during that period but they wouldn’t budge on price or trade in value for my 2017 Macan. While my wife was battling terminal cancer I got to the point where I wouldn’t take their calls. Finally, after she passed, I answered the phone and we resurrected our dialogue. There was finally some movement on their part which led to a deal. The delivery process including a test drive was pleasant albeit a little longer than I would have preferred, nearly 2 1/2 hours. To their credit, honored my trade in quote and didn’t nickel dime me. In the end I am happy with the car and my dealer experience. Since the sale Raphael has followed up with me a couple times. He seems to actually be concerned with my satisfaction. More
