Car shopping isn't always the funniest thing to do, I was debating between a Range Rover and a Macan and did a little research and went to two different dealerships. Both were great, but the experience at The Riverside Porsche was awesome! Especially with the help of Taylor Ferguson! I felt no pressure to buy and he treated me with great customer service! That day I walked into the dealership in gym clothes sneakers. At no point during my time there did I feel judged. I decided I wanted to test drive the Macan and I feel in love! During this time there was an actually stop sell on the Macan's to fix a part. Porsche cares deeply about its reputation and prestige so they were taking every precaution to switch all the parts in every car. During his time Taylor stayed connected with me and followed up to let me know the progress. Once the Macan were ready to sell again Taylor contacted me and I went back and test drove it one more time. I knew right then and there I wanted one. We worked out an awesome deal and that night I drove home with my new toy! Awesome experience again and great customer service! I started using Walters in 2006 when I purchased a used 2002 Turbo. Being a member of the Porsche Club of America and Walters being our primary sponsor, I began giving them all of my service needs. Because of my relationship with Walters, when I was needing a larger car, I also bought a 2010 Audi sedan through Walters Audi, which adjoined onto Walters Audi. I also had this serviced at Walters(Audi). Getting to be older I decided to just have a four door Porsche, so traded in the Audi and the Turbo and bought a Panamera that had been a PCNA car and then taken over by Walter(the owner of Walters) in January of 2017 Porsche Riverside(Walters) has served it since that time. All service performed by Walters, and many times with Henry Quezada as the service rep. Always had good service. In October of 2020, I had new tires installed by an authorized service center and they noted that the bushings on the upper control arm were cracked and needed replacement. Due to being 75 yrs old and susceptible to the Corona Virus, I did not come in until February 2021. I was told that the warranty had expired in January 2020. I pointed out that I was unable to come in until Feb. 2021 due to the pandemic and wrote a letter to PCNA. After review they decided to pay 3/4 of the charges, which made me partially happy, but not entirely, having to pay $700 of the charges. The year 2020 was definitely a tough year and if we would have not been on shutdown for all except vitally necessary purchases/repairs, I would have had the car in sooner. I can not fault Henry for trying however. More
