Tops in knowledge and service Giovanni, Michael and Ed were the best trio of salesmen I've encountered in 40+ years of buying cars at a dealership. Giovanni and Ed, in particular, Giovanni, Michael and Ed were the best trio of salesmen I've encountered in 40+ years of buying cars at a dealership. Giovanni and Ed, in particular, are real car guys and know their product inside and out. It took nearly an hour to order a new car, because Porsche has a very involved options list, and there are some pros and cons to each choice. These folks had the answers to all of my questions. Service-wise, we did have an issue when FedEx delivered our documents to another site (and was lost) and Ed made sure we didn't miss a step. Very creative, and understanding that even when neither of us makes a mistake and a problem occurs, win-win solutions can be crafted. Five stars to these folks ! More
