Very refreshing being that my daily wardrobe consists of cargo shorts and a pull over. I was treated with respect and seriousness. Although I would not use it Tony gave me his cell number to call him any time at work or not with any question or concern... not that anyone could have a concern with this establishment or crew. At the time, I was driving my Panamera, but I had a Bentley Continental GT I wanted to trade. I was met by Bob McDonald who later in the week, upon my return, guided me flawlessly through the process of trading in my Bentley and purchasing a spanking new Porsche Boxter 718. Bob , Jonathon Bolton, John Beech, and Adam Avalos all bent over backwards to make the 718 purchase as seamless and efficient as possible. Bob was especially helpful "setting up" the 718 and giving me a thorough and helpful briefing on "the bells and whistles" on the car. This was my fifth Porsche, but first purchased from Walters. I could not have been more pleased with the service and attention I got from everyone at the dealership. More
