The bar was set pretty high but I have to say, they totally blew away my expectations!! On the sales side i had the pleasure of working with Bob McDonald, all around great guy and a true porsche aficionado. Bob helped to make the sales process painless by being knowledgeable, upfront and honest. This was one of those rare occasions where the salesman knew more about the car i was buying than I did. I am the type who extensively researches every product before I purchase and I usually end up correcting car salesmen about features/specs of cars that I purchase. Not with Bob, he knew every feature/spec of the car i was buying and even schooled me on a few things i had missed in my research. It is obvious that Bob has a true passion for cars and motorsports and I believe that is what sets him apart from the rest. Jeff Hudson in finance was another class act. He was also upfront, honest and very patient while helping me choose the best financing option for my situation. Our search finally ended up at Wal My wife and I had been looking for another 911 to drive so we would not have to put as many miles on our 1965 911. Our search finally ended up at Walters Porsche, a supporter of the Orange Coast PCA. We had a few meetings with Giovanni and a lot of e-mails and phone calls in the process to find the car that we wanted. During this process, we had a chance to drive the new 2017 911 and were considering ordering one built to exactly what we had been looking for in a certified preowned vehicle. Giovanni helped us understand all the new advances and benefits of the new 911 compared to earlier certified preowned offerings. We normally keep the vehicles we purchase for a number of years, so purchasing a 2017 with all the new state of the art improvements would be a big plus. During the following week, while we were weighing the extra time it would take to order a new 911, Giovanni and I talked about a 911 that had just arrived, which had most of the options we were considering. We drove down to see the car a few hours later, took a drive and loved the car. The interior of the car was exactly what we had been looking for and it had very low mileage and in perfect condition inside and out. It was exactly like Giovanni described over the phone. We really appreciated all the time that Giovanni spent with us going over the options list that we were looking for in a 911 and helping us to find the car we decided to purchase. On that day we were also able to look at and drive a 2017 again and also get more questions answered by Tim. Giovanni and Tim made a great team answering all our questions about ordering a new vehicle and all the options on the certified 911. During the entire time there was no pressure to make a decision one way or the other. This is what we found on every visit we had at Walters. Getting the papers signed and adding a couple of options was also a pleasure working with Jay. He arranged the additional work for the options that we wanted with their Service department and kept us informed as to when the work would be completed. We were pleasantly surprised when we got a call from Giovanni, informing us that they were able to get the additional work done ahead of their promise date, which allowed us to enjoy the car over the weekend. I would also like to mention that Giovanni also entered a part order request through their parts department when I mentioned that I was looking for a part for my 1965 911. He checked to see if it was available, provided a promise date when it would be available to pick up and gave me a call when it arrived. From my experience, it appears that there is a lot of coordination between the Sale, Parts and Service departments resulting in obtaining exactly what you wanted and when promised. A few days after we picked up the car we received an e-mail from Giovanni and later a phone call, checking in to see if we had any further questions and to make sure that we were happy with everything. This was the first time I have ever had a call back from a dealer making sure that I was happy after purchasing a vehicle. All the people we met at Walter's Porsche including Giovanni, Tim, Pete, Ed, and Jay made my wife and I feel as if we were at a gathering of friends talking about cars. Very enjoyable. More

I definitely recommend Walter's Porsche. Bob was a great pleasure to deal with. He especially made everything easy. From the moment I spoke with Bob, through the test drive and order decision making process, all the way through delivery, the experience was honest, pleasant, direct, and professional - no pressure or fuss, and all up to expectations. He was also too happy to support special requests that may come up with a vehicle like this. Jeff Hudson in finance was also easy and efficient to deal with. He explained things clearly and succinctly, making the paperwork and optional decisions easy, and followed through on all details. Finally, all staff were simply happy to help. All requests and needs were dealt with professionally and without trouble. This was my first Porsche purchase, but not my first new car buying experience. I will come back for any future Porsche purchases, as well as recommend to friends and family, as I already have. An aside about the car: I love the Cayman S. Its performance, functional refinement, and the extreme attention to every detail of driving and design, has already made me a Porsche fan for life. It is a car that is designed to take driving as seriously as I do. After one weekend in it, my other car (which was no slouch and fairly sporty), absolutely felt all wrong, like learning to drive again. More

The Porsche search agent brought us to Walter's Porsche in Riverside, Ca. We contacted the sales department and made an appointment with Giovanni Bucci. After a quick test drive and rundown on the vehicle's features and history we made an offer. Giovanni was very knowledgeable, considerate, and helpful through out the entire process. Being a fellow Porsche Cayenne owner himself, Giovanni reassured us that he and his staff would be there to answer any of our questions and service our concerns. While awaiting on some last minute servicing on the vehicle Giovanni invited me to take a quick step into the service garage. I have never seen a more well lit, neat, and well maintained garage in my life! (I felt like was in the lab or deck of some sci-fi race crew). Thanks to Giovanni and the staff at Walter's Porsche we are now the proud owners of a 2014 Cayenne. We could not be any happier with the level of service, attention to detail, and overall experience we had at Walter's Porsche in Riverside. Domenico Macchia was our Service Advisor and took his time listening to our issues, and kept us abreast of the progress. He also made some excellent cosmetic recommendations which obviously excited the car owner, my wife. The car was returned in more than excellent condition, in the time promised, and Domenico was on top of the status. The only negative was that someone had run down the battery, so when I went to take it home it needed to be jumped. Domenico to his credit knowing that this was my wifes car suggested that he keep it overnight to ensure it was stable. Provided us a loaner car, and would drive out my wifes car where we are at to swap vehicles. Because the car was not checked out before returning to me I am taking away a quality star. Overall, a great experience, and the intangible benefits of having a caring Service Adviser, left me with a confidence that they really care about their customers. More
