He answered all my questions and did an EXCELLENT job going over the features of the car. I think in less than 30 minutes we had agreed in the purchase price and I was owner of Cayman. Taylor did an amazing job and got me out of the dealer in less than 1:30 mins. It took this long because they detail the car for me. I recently leased a '15 GT3, working with salesman Bob McDonald, sales manager Pete Laban, and General Manager Ed McRae. This is now my 7th car from this same team in the last seven years, and my experience has been excellent every time. This time I'd ordered a '15 991 GTS, but shortly before it was due to arrive I started thinking seriously about a GT3 instead. Bob, Pete and Ed were extremely patient with me as I dithered between the two cars. Eventually Pete came up with the "tiebreaker" that made me decide to go with the GT3. Even though I'd specially ordered the GTS (and it was pretty well loaded with options) they didn't give me any grief whatever about the last minute change. Despite the fact that the GT3 is a very hot item at the moment, they even let me have the car at a better price than I could have expected. Once again it's a pleasure to work with the Walter's team. I don't expect that to be my last car from them, either. More

So it is an absolute pleasure to drive about 60 miles to Walters Porsche to benefit from great customer service, notably Adrian Madrid and the chief technician who makes my car like new!
