Frank was straight forward when it came to making the deal. I liked that we did not have to keep going back and forth in the negotiations. Finally, Fiomena Powers was informative regarding the administrative steps in buying my car. She took the time to explain the post purchase options available. Another excellent experience & service. I took my Cayenne in for check up because of the engine light warning came up although the car seemed running fine. I contacted Adrian & set up an ap I took my Cayenne in for check up because of the engine light warning came up although the car seemed running fine. I contacted Adrian & set up an appointment. As always, he was ready when I came in. I waited while diagnose my car & shortly came back that thermostat was not closing? and need to be replaced. He said Walters & Porsche of North America would take care of this even though my warranty has expired because I've been a very loyal customer ever since I purchased this car. I've always took my car for services to Walters and have total confidence in them as an example shown here. I've also checked prices with local Porsche service centers in So. Cal but found Walters are very competitive & reasonable, very honest. Best of all, I am assured of Porsche certified technical mechanics & great services, peace of mind. Once again, no reasons to go anywhere-else but Walter's. Always pleasure doing business with them. PS: One of my friend was interested in Audi. I asked Jay to refer a sales rep. Amazing Customer Service & Super easy car buying experience I flew from SFO bay area to Riverside to lease my Porsche at this dealership. This alone shows how heck of a deal I got on my car. I shopped for my car in the entire west coast and I can confidently say that none came close to the deal that Walter's have offered me. Adding to that, Tony, my Porsche Brand Ambassador, was so very nice and helpful. He picked me up from Longbeach airport which is almost an hour away from the dealership. After I got into the dealership, Jay, finance manager, was super cool and had all my paper work ready to sign and go. It didnt even take 10 mins to complete the paper work from my side. I felt as if I bought a car drive thru !! All through this process, Tony was checking on me if I need any additional information/help. Overall, its been a wonderful buying experience at this dealership. I would strongly recommend this dealership to my friends and others.
