I waited at the Dealership for both services and was able to work remotely with their WiFi and my mobile phone, while having complementary bottled water and fresh chocolate croissants. Bob in sales was very attentive, answered all my questions and found exactly what I was looking for. He followed up almost daily as the car was on the way. And Filomena in finance was simply a delight to work with. She explained everything extremely well and made the process simple and quick. Both are very knowledgeable, friendly and made the experience easy and flawless. John actually spent 2 hours with us setting up all the electronics and making sure we were comfortable with the car.
