Amazing dealership!!! I was interested in getting a Macan Turbo. I had visited a dealership close to home but, I felt like it was not the right fit. So, I was looking at the inventory over at Walters witch had a great selection so we made a trip out there to check it out. I started working with Taylor he was very helpful with explaining all the options and really helping me get to what I wanted for my first Porsche. I decided that I wanted to make a custom order. So right there I made the order with my favorite color, red seat belts, sport chrono, panoramic sunroof. And some other fun options. The moment I walked in to Walters, I felt at home everyone was so nice and helpful. And the manager Frank was a huge asset in explaining a lot of things that I did not know about Porsche. My 2016 Macan Turbo ended up arriving a few weeks ahead of schedule. And I am so happy with my new Porsche. I can't wait until I get the pleasure of ordering another. More
Wow, A Great Experience! We began our search to purchase a new Cayenne at Newport Beach Porsche because it was convenient. We spent some time with their sale person who was very knowledgeable, but we were just not comfortable, I just can't put my finger on the reason. I called and spoke with John Beech, the sales guy at Walter's Porsche and immediately felt comfortable. We made the drive to Riverside and spend some quality time with John. It was clear that John was an extremely honest guy with a great deal of integrity. We went over all of the options and John gave us all of the Pro's and Con's, actually talking us out of things we didn't need. We ordered our vehicle and John keep us apprised every step of the way via e-mail, including pictures. John delivered the vehicle to our home and spend a great deal of time going over all of the equipment. Did I mention we received a better price from Riverside Porsche. The whole experience was very pleasant. More

The "Service"Definitely Ended Once I Was Out the Door! I bought a brand new Cayenne (91 miles) at no great deal price. But guess what? During my drive home, the Check Engine Gauge appeared, so I had to pul I bought a brand new Cayenne (91 miles) at no great deal price. But guess what? During my drive home, the Check Engine Gauge appeared, so I had to pull over in an unfamiliar area, alone and ended up on some little unknown side street so I wouldn't be hit on the highway. Car had to be towed, and thank God for 1-800-porsche, because they eventually found me and towed me to Santa Barbara Porsche. There, I was treated with dignity and respect and Jason Horneman, Brand Ambassador, went out of his way to get the ball rolling to arrange lodging with Porsche Care. He provided a 2016 Cayenne transportation. I was extremey distressed being 500 miles from home with a brand new car and he stepped up to calm my fears and take care of my new Cayenne. I had spoken to 2 employees at Walter's Porsche first that day, and both simply brushed me and my situation completely off with no concern whatsoever. Not to mention, to this day, no one from that dealership has ever inquired as to my safety or whether the broken down vehicle is in running condition today. Jason, from Santa Barbara, however, called a few days after I left to check on me and my car's status. That was really nice!! There was another concern I had with Walter's with the paperwork and I spoke to Andy Bartoli, Financial Manager and Ed McRae, General Manager, both of whom I spoke to about the new car breaking down, but neither acknowledged any concern for that. Mr. Bartoli, who processed the paperwork, however, demonstrated a rather antagonistic and almost hostile attitude during all my negotiations and contacts from the beginning and definitely demonstrated concern about getting his paperwork back while I was broken down for 2 days longer than planned, because of the car they sold me! I will say, John Beech, Sales, was awesome! Before I bought a one-way ticket to see the car, I spoke to him 2 days in a row to have him answer my major 50 questions and he was always patient and forthcoming. When I met him in person, he continued to be very friendly and accommodating. He was great. So I purchased the car. I cannot say the same for the rest of the experience with this dealership. I think I've allowed enough time to see if any action on their art was coming. I purchased the Cayenne on May 11, 2015. It is August 11, 2015. Porsche Care sent monetary compensation for this very stressful experience, but I don't feel that dismisses Walter's responsibility in showing just a little human decency. If for no other reason than to acknowledge someone for spending a pretty big chunk of change at their business! More
