I knew very little about the CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) program and John explained the benefit of purchasing a CPO vehicle. Over the next week, John and I communicated via email and phone. He took the time, even during his time off, to assist me in my purchase. After my experience with John, I knew a Porsche would be my next car, and that John would be selling it to me. After finding theperfect car, I met with John who completed the sale for me. In my 31 years of vehicle ownership, i have never had such a pleasant experience as I did today. I never thought I would have such words to say about a dealership but the staff has earned my respect and business. I dealt with Walter's Audi in the past and have to admit, the overall customer service was exceptional. There is no doubt that the Walter's family cares about their customers, regardless if you deal with Mercedes, Audi or Porsche. Nonetheless, Justin Usary is by far the leader in customer service. After perusing the used 911's at Porscheusa.com, I finally found the car that we've been looking for - grey metallic 2010 Carrera coupe. That evening my wife and I came in to check out the car. John let us take it out as well as a brand new 991 for comparison. John knew his Porsches better than 95% of the salesmen I've dealt with (I've owned 8). His salesmanship was great - very helpful, no pressure, advice where needed. Everyone that I encountered was friendly. I drove 50 miles and it was well worth the drive. The price was competitive.
