I needed to make to an appointment and realized I had a flat tire, unable to remove the tire myself I called Portage Ford who made room in their schedule to get me in. I went into the dealership knowing what I was looking for and Mark was very helpful and did what he could to get my new truck. Finance didn't add credit insurance to cover payments if I become injured or di and Mark was very helpful and did what he could to get my new truck. Finance didn't add credit insurance to cover payments if I become injured or die to pay off loan. They don't carry those policies. So if I can't make payments nothing kicks in help or I die I and wife can't make payments she loses the vehicle. Never had a dealer not offer this coverage. Shouldn't have to pay the out of my life insurance, loan should have coverage. Extremely Disappointing. More
