Outstanding Experience at Precision Acura!! I came to Precision Acura after being disappointed by another dealership's customer service, willingness to negotiate price, and overall seeming disin I came to Precision Acura after being disappointed by another dealership's customer service, willingness to negotiate price, and overall seeming disinterest in my vehicle purchase. I had done countless hours of online research, visited several retailers of pre-owned cars (CarSense, CarMax, etc), and test-driven several compact SUV models before deciding on a pre-owned RDX. The value that I got for my money at Precision Acura in comparison to EVERYWHERE else I shopped was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. I was greeted by a knowledgeable manager, who then set me up with Joe Zuccari to help me look at the 2 RDX vehicles that fit my needs. I was pleasantly surprised--particularly after having such a negative experience immediately prior at a different dealership--at how quickly I felt at ease. I was able to have frank and educated conversations with Joe, without feeling like I was pressured to buy. The team worked with me to meet at an agreeable price, and offered me a trade-in on my vehicle that substantially beat 2 written estimates that I had received from CarSense and webuyanycar. In addition, Derek in finance was able to get me a loan rate that was extremely close to what I was able to find independently online, and completed the transaction in a friendly and professional manner. The sale was not complete until after business hours, and Joe took the time to sit in the car to review the technology before I took the car. In short, I could not have hoped for a better experience than I had at Precision Acura in Princeton. While "no-haggle" dealers like CarSense and CarMax have their advantages in eliminating what might be a stressful negotiation process, shopping there does not necessarily mean you are getting the best value. Precision Acura beat them by a mile! Every person that I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I will buy another car from this dealership and will recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for an Acura. More

I began speaking with Carolynn via my internet request, she was helpful, professional and knowledgeable – and this goes for every employee at Precision Acura that I dealt with. We were able to work out most details and arranged a time for me to come in. The car was sitting pretty when I got to the dealership and Christian was waiting for me. He had answers to every technical question I put forth, and many insights that I was not aware of. Completing the purchase of the car was a breeze. Charlie was able to beat my pre-approved finance rate handily and explained the nuances of the finances. Derek wrapped up everything in a friendly and professional manner. I am receiving calls days after the purchase to see if everything is alright with the vehicle and if there’s any questions I need answered etc. This dealership has earned my business and future business: I would recommend anyone go there for a new vehicle. I should say that the sales team of Precision Acura of Princeton (Christian, Charlie, Mitchell and Ahmed, the members we interacted with) was the most cordial, informative and customer oriented team we ever interacted with. Christian took time to explain every feature, not just the technical aspects but functional aspects as well of the two models that we were considering in an objective manner. All of our questions were answered unambiguously. That helped both my wife and I get rid of the dilemma and choose the model that we should go with. No pressure on buyer unlike some of the other places we visited, which made us comfortable. They worked with us patiently and ensured that all your questions were answered. I would recommend Precision Acura without any reservation anytime. More

Spoke with Nicole on the phone about the trade and set up an appointment to come in. Introduced to Jim S., the sales rep who did an excellent job with Charles the manager. Met Derek the day of delivery and he was great as well. It was a pleasant experience and would definitely buy another car from them when I'm ready. Their dealership and Acura as a whole phoned/ emailed about 4 times asking me if I was happy or had any issues. They told me if anything arises in the future to let them know. I am totally satisfied.
