Overall experience was extremely good. This was the first car purchase I have made on my own. I expected to go into a dealership (as a woman) and be taken advantage of...I was surprised. The staff were very friendly and were not too pushy (they knew when they were going too far). After purchasing the car, Ahmed really didn't have to do anything for me but he spent as much time as I needed to make sure I knew all the controls and was comfortable with everything. After I left he even called to check that everything was going well. He had an uplifting personality and really made you feel like YOU were important to him (not just another customer). Phil Katz, the employee who helped us with all the paperwork was excellent. Phil was extremely thorough and clear. He explained all the paperwork and gave me ample time to review the documents so that I was comfortable. We were very impressed with him. He made us feel confident in the dealership. More

I contacted 5 different dealers through the Internet and Precision was by far the fastest and most professional responses. Jacqui answered all my question, and there were many. I set my appointment with Jacqui and arrived at the dealership where Jacqui introduced me to Eric? He was a find. He knew everything I discussed with Jacqui and was able to show me things on the TSX that I didn't know existed. As I already knew the price the rest was easy and I was driving home in my new TSX within 2 hours! Highly Recommended! More

Sam was a gentleman to deal with. After going through several dealerships (non-acura and acura) I would place my experience with Precision near-top of a very skewed list. When I say skewed, I mean if pre several dealerships (non-acura and acura) I would place my experience with Precision near-top of a very skewed list. When I say skewed, I mean if precision was a 8/10 in overall, the rest were near the 2/10. Mostly due to behavior of the sales person, or the manager. We have thus far walked out of 4 dealerships because of rude behavior. It is amazing how rude these people are when you think they are looking for your business in a lagging economy. I think the clincher to me in this case was that when I asked for a good final price and told him that we were not into haggling and also not into looking for a "steal" and a reasonable price would be a good one, Sam offered an outstanding price that was quite a bit better than all the other offers I'd gotten thus far. He and the manager Mike and the finance person Phil, made the experience very courteous, fair, honest and easy. I would definitely go here again for another acura if I were to buy one. More

My sister and brother in law both bought Acura's in May 2011 and were impressed with the service they received at Precision Acura. I was definitely going to buy a pre owned, certified car and after listening to their experience at Precision Acura I decided to give them a shot. I am a buyer, not a shopper once I make a decision. I had done my research for about 3 wks prior to making my decision on car type and dealership, We scheduled an appointment with Debro Kent and based on my requirements he was able to provide me with the car I wanted in the price point I wanted. Debro was professional and cut to the chase which was one of my requirements as a buyer and not a shopper. I left Precision Acura in my new pre owned, certified MDX. I went back a few days later to get the all weather mats, and Danny in parts was great!!! He not only installed the mats for me but helped me get the Sirius radio working...the customer service in the place is phenomenal!!! The women in administration are friendly and very helpful.
