Best and fastest car purchase ever I have bought a few cars in my life and most of the time it was not a great experience or quick. This year all of that has changed. I was able to see I have bought a few cars in my life and most of the time it was not a great experience or quick. This year all of that has changed. I was able to see the Acura I wanted online and had a great no haggle price listed. I called Precision Acura of Princeton to confirm the car was available. I made an appointment for the next day with their sales person Ahmed Heba. When I arrived I was greeted and asked to take a seat, within two minutes Ahmed welcomed me and had me in the car for a test drive. Once back at the showroom, Ahmed made the process flawless and within 20 minutes I was out the door with my buyers order. The car I purchased had a minor mark on the back bumper which Ahmed said would be taken care of. The next day when I returned for pick up the mark was still slightly visible. Instead of brushing the issue over, immediately Ahmed and his manager addressed the mark and sent it back for repair. The car was perfect when I picked it up the next day! More

Our salesman (DJ) was very helpful and patient, and explained all the differences between models and options. He listened to what I said about my particular driving habits and desires, and made helpful recommendations about what I might want/not want. He was clearly motivating us to move forward but was not too high pressure. He followed up with phone calls to see where we were at and to tell us the car we were interested in had come in. He was kind and patient when going over the functions and operation of the car with me. The finance department was equally professional and efficient. Overall a most pleasant experience. More

However, I was lucky to stumble across Mr. Sciaulino at Precision Acura and he honestly made this entire process actually enjoyable. I am a complete novice when it comes to car and I am always weary of anyone who sells or fixes cars as I think they can "sense" my inexperience but Mr. Sciaulino while sensing my inexperience walked me through the entire process, explained things in a simple manner, gave me time to reflect on my decision, was open to my redirections, and ultimately found the best car for me at the best price.
