Gus was very low key, but still excited to sell me a 2015 Acura TLX. Carolynn honored my deal from the quote and they offered me a reasonable price for my trade. The deal was done in 10 minutes after which they detailed my new car and got it ready to take home. Gus spent like an hour with me explaining all the bells and whistles in my new car. I would recommend this dealership, and their people, to anyone. More

I met Ahmed Hebba the Sales Executive. he was very patient in explaining the features on the Vehicle i was looking for. I was looking for 2016 Acura MDX with Technology Package and Acura Watch Plus. He provided me with a good price much leseer than the MSRP. We did a test drive of 2016 Acura MDX during whcih he explained all different features of the vehicle. We had to take a break to go through different options. During this time we got a a lesser price from another dealer with the Costco Auto Program. We tried to reach Ahmed, but he was on Vacation, but the call was promptly redirected to Mitchel Brenner and he was also really helpful in matching the price provided by the other dealer. We needed the Dark cherry read color which needed to be build. The car was delivered on time with no issues whatsover. More

I visited multiple dealers for a variety of cars for some time and this dealer is top notch. They listened to my needs and exposed me to vehicles that would meet those needs. The best thing about my experience is that they didn't pressure me to make a decision immediately. Needless to say, it was a breath of fresh air! My salesperson, Gus explained the vehicles slowly and thoroughly. He has a great personality and made this buying experience enjoyable. More

As with all new car acquisitions whether buying or leasing you must know what you want ahead of time and go with that. Beside informing me of accessory packages, I was shown via a short video what that particular accessory's benefit actually was. And then it was up to you. In other words no pressure. Gonzalo Combas aka "Gus" was an exceedingly kind gentleman who gave me the real "customer first" feel during my interactions with him. More
Poor Sales Practices This has been by far the worst sales experience I have ever encountered at a car dealership. So I drove all the way from Delaware County PA on a Tues This has been by far the worst sales experience I have ever encountered at a car dealership. So I drove all the way from Delaware County PA on a Tuesday to take a look at one of their used vehicles. FYI, The vehicle was a 2012 with 45,000 miles, no warranty left and according to the carfax had been in an accident. They acted like this car was a 2016 Acura RLX. Granted the car was priced reasonably, but any person with half a brain knows there is always some negotiating room no matter how low the price seems. So anyway, I had a trade in as well and they agreed to give me 900 for it even though I know they could have given more. Once we decide on the price of the car, the finance guy comes out and asks me about my credit. Knowing that I had not pulled my credit recently, he comes back with an APR of 6.8% because I told them that my bank had offered a ridiculous rate of 9. They also claimed that the other banks simply did not respond to his credit queries and this was the only rate available. Well, I knew that was BS. So three hours into all of this they tell me that since I have an out of state license I wouldn't be able to take the car home anyway. HUH??? You knew I had an out of state license when I came in? Yet you keep me there talking prices and interest rates and haggling? At this point I leave and go home and pull my credit and see that it is very good. The next day I secure a loan from my credit union at a much lower rate. I also go to the DMV and update my license. You'd think that based on what they have said, this is all I need to do to purchase the vehicle. Well, by Friday, I contact the dealer, let them know I had secured a loan and that I would be in to purchase the vehicle on Monday due to the credit union being closed on Saturday and I could not pick up the check by closing on Friday. They tried to pressure me into giving them my credit card to secure a deposit, but I refused due to my lack of trust in them after they told me that only one bank had offered financing for the vehicle based on my credit. So at that point, any trust I had for them had gone out of the window. Monday rolls around and I call them to let them know I would be bringing a check to put money down and a check from the credit union to secure purchase of the vehicle. I also tell them to have it ready for delivery. The salesperson asks me about the title for my trade in and I tell him that I have the title signed over to me. Well now he goes and talks to his sales manager and they say I have to go get the title put directly in my name at the DMV. What????Really? You tell me this after I brought my vehicle to Princeton, you inspected and appraised it and gave me an offer on it, not once ask to see the title, yet on day to purchase vehicle you tell me the title is not valid because it isn't registered in PA directly to me? Well, at this point, I leave work, go BACK to DMV and they tell me that I need the sales receipt to confirm tax on the vehicle before the title can be transferred. Of course I don't have an 11 year old sales receipt or the tax information and neither does the dealership it was purchased from. The title should be enough proof the car was purchased properly. I contact the dealer and speak with the salesman again and let him know that I won't be trading because it's too much hassle to get an 11 year old title transferred even though it is signed over to me and it has a section for the dealer to sign for trade in. So I ask if they can at least meet me half way on the price of the trade and I will eat the rest. They refused to budge on 450 bucks (half of the 900 for the trade in). You gotta be kidding me. After all of this hassle, miscommunication, last minute change ups and hoop jumping, you can't meet me half way on a 900 dollar trade in amount? These people aren't really that interested in selling cars. If you are that uptight over a used car that's been in an accident (vw jetta 2012 black) then I don't need to do any business with you. They are incredibly cavalier and any way the wind blows with selling their cars. There are a million cars out there to choose from and immense competition. I don't see them lasting too much longer with this attitude and sales practice. I really should thank them though, at the price they are selling it for, there is a high probability that there is something wrong with the vehicle. It's priced abnormally low for that style of jetta. More
