I had a great experience with my salesman Juan Garcia, who truly took the time to understand my budget and goals to make the deal happen on a used HR-V. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended once I entered the finance department. I felt a tremendous amount of pressure to purchase an extended warranty that was priced much higher than it should have been. I ultimately bought the warranty just to finalize the deal, but the high-pressure tactics left a very poor impression after such a strong start. I was planning on a future purchase of a Honda Pilot or Passport, but not from here. More
