I purchased my vehicle from Downey world and I purchased the extended warranty to get free oil changes and I have taken my car a total of four times to get an oil change and have never gotten my car washed the extended warranty to get free oil changes and I have taken my car a total of four times to get an oil change and have never gotten my car washed or rinsed off even though I have requested it every time this last time I asked three times the service tech even wrote wash in capital letters and it still didn't get done. When I bought the car, they said it would come with a car wash every time it was serviced. I just don't like to be lied to. I've purchased three cars from your dealership, but I may not purchase the next one there. More

I have had good experiences and bad with techs and mechanics. Guillermo is the best, but it has happened even with him that the mechanic doesn't change an air filter etc... There should be some qualit mechanics. Guillermo is the best, but it has happened even with him that the mechanic doesn't change an air filter etc... There should be some quality control. Loss of trust arises when I l, the customer has to tell the tech to tell the mechanic to complete his job. It makes you wonder, what else did he forget do?!? I have lost a lug nut lock because it wasn't tightened and a couple of air tube covers as well because of carelessness. It is definitely not Guillermo's fault, but there should be someone checking that the work was completed, hopefully correctly. More
