Not happy with the customer service I received the day I brought my accord to be serviced. It was my first time at the new precision Honda. No one explained to me that everything was going to be electronic. brought my accord to be serviced. It was my first time at the new precision Honda. No one explained to me that everything was going to be electronic. The event that really disappointed me was when my car was pulled up after being serviced. The young man just drove my car up. He didn’t acknowledge me or even bother to inform me that my vehicle was ready. He just walked away to another counter and began conversing with another employee. I walked up to my vehicle not knowing if was ready or not. I had to then ask if my vehicle was ready. Another employee politely answered me and told me yes it was ready to go. I told him thank you for informing me I have had my accord serviced plenty of times at Downey and never experienced this type of service. More

There are no clear signs of where the new service location is located. Only that across the street where it had been was a large sign stating it’s across the street. I also feel that the prices for l location is located. Only that across the street where it had been was a large sign stating it’s across the street. I also feel that the prices for labor and parts could be more economical. The deal sip is just too expensive. My air filter, oil change and tire rotation was a whopping $300. That cut into my monthly budget in a bad way. More

Service associate seemed annoyed from the moment we greeted each other. I understand it was an early appointment, but the welcoming was not there. Also, when I was driving off my car dust pan was left greeted each other. I understand it was an early appointment, but the welcoming was not there. Also, when I was driving off my car dust pan was left hanging and it would drag on the floor as I was driving off. I don’t know how they didn’t catch that as it was making a loud scratching noise. So not recommended. More
