I ended up coming into the dealership for three consecutive days to discuss leasing vs. buying options. They were extremely patient the entire time and never got pushy. I ended up buying a Kia Optima Hybrid for well under what I expected to pay. While professional, Nate and Mike also made me feel extremely comfortable. I couldn't be happier. I even ended up buying everyone Starbucks when I came in to sign the paperwork. More

Honesty and integrity is most important and this is what I received at that time. Therefore, when I was ready to look for another used vehicle to replace that one my mind was already made up that I was headed back to Premier. I searched their website for vehicles of interest to me and inquired on availability and then scheduled test drives. I arrived with my husband and son and was greeted by Terrance Calhoun who is wonderful. He is very personable and knowledgeable. We felt like we were meeting an old friend. He took the time to personalize our experience. The cars we were interested in were available to test drive and we purchased my first choice. Everything was handled smoothly from beginning to end including working with us for financing the vehicle. We picked up the vehicle 4 days later (my choice) and worked with Michael Taylor. He too was very personable and professional, personalizing our experience. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained every step of the process, warranties, etc. We felt like I was sitting in our kitchen having coffee with an old friend. We purchased the vehicle for a great price and are highly satisfied with our purchase. We would highly recommend Premier Kia to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. More

My wife and I knew what we were in the market for- I took a test drive on a Friday, brought my wife and kids down the next morning on a Saturday, and My wife and I knew what we were in the market for- I took a test drive on a Friday, brought my wife and kids down the next morning on a Saturday, and she took a ride in the vehicle. Shortly after, we had a pleasant and straightforward discussion on financing the vehicle, and closed the deal. We set up a time for delivery on the Monday after. We are very happy with our Sedona, as well as the experience of working with the friendly staff throughout the process! We would absolutely recommend to family and friends! More

First Class Dealership! AMAZING customer service. First, I would like to start out by mentioning that I live in NJ. I have been to many dealerships, but none compare to Premier KIA/Subaru in Branford First, I would like to start out by mentioning that I live in NJ. I have been to many dealerships, but none compare to Premier KIA/Subaru in Branford, CT in terms of costumer service, vehicle knowledge, and the desire of the employees to go above and beyond the "call of duty." It's sad that I had to leave NJ to go to a dealership that actually CARES about their customers. I had heard so many good things about Premier that I had to take the 2 hour drive to check them out. I was NOT disappointed. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming and made you feel at home. The first "friend" that I met at Premier was Nathan Glazewski, my sales rep. "Nate" had such a great personality and sense of humor I felt like I knew him for years. His knowledge of the product was like I was talking to the actual engineers who designed the cars. Next up was Michael Taylor, the business manger, who I am honored to say is an Army veteran who proudly served his country. Michael felt like a brother and we connected on so many levels. His kind nature and meticulous attention to detail made the financial part of getting a new car actually an enjoyable experience. Finally, I had the privilege of meeting Premier's owner, Robert Alvine to wind down my visit. Mr. Alvine seemed very interest in my experience at Premier and wanted to make sure it surpassed my expectations. I can confidently say without hesitation, "ABSOLUTELY!" There are no words to describe how phenomenal this dealership is. If I were to try to sum it up in one word I would say, "Home." Premier is the kind of business that feels like home. All the best to everyone there. I will miss my new friends, but I look forward to returning when I decide to get my next vehicle. And you better believe I will be sending my friend in NJ and NY to Premier as well. No one else compares. More
