After having my car totaled and then getting mislead by another dealer up until the day I was supposed to pick up a car I had already put money down for, I was ultimately still without a car and at a loss another dealer up until the day I was supposed to pick up a car I had already put money down for, I was ultimately still without a car and at a loss for what to do. I pulled up to Premier stressed as ever with no idea what to do. I told them the situation and within 30 minutes Nikita and Phil did everything they could to help me and I drove away in a brand new car that same day. Words can’t express how grateful I am! More
