Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. It was a pleasure to work with Tyler and we were offered various options for acquiring the EV6 but never felt pre had all the information we needed. It was a pleasure to work with Tyler and we were offered various options for acquiring the EV6 but never felt pressured. And after driving and deciding yes for the EV6, we were introduced to Romello. Romello was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He explained as many of the EV6 features and functions as possible in the time that we had. He also did it with kindness and respect and never made us feel overwhelmed by the complexities of this very high tech car. He also made it clear that we could come back for refresher sessions if needed. Overall, we had a very positive and satisfying experience learning about and taking the EV6 home! More

I just purchased a fabulous Sorento a few weeks ago and I have been loving it. I have always been very hesitant about car dealers but I was pleasantly surprised with Kia of Branford. Great service and experience as there was no pressure sales. Representatives at this Kia advised us that this is a "Gallery"-type showroom and they met their stated goal of working to get the best deal i sales. Representatives at this Kia advised us that this is a "Gallery"-type showroom and they met their stated goal of working to get the best deal in the car that best fit our needs and wants. Also, we found a specific car with a listed VIN from an ad and that was the vehicle that we were sold/leased, no "bait and switch" type of deal. Very refreshing and reassuring that we came to the right place. Finally, once we had all the paperwork done, since we were getting a full EV, the staff took the time to basically train us on all the features of the vehicle. Incredibly helpful as there are many new features and amenities to an EV that we needed to be aware of before driving off for both safety (in driving) and comfort. All around a great experience. Very happy. More
