They were great about letting us know that we could pick up an order that someone else backed out of, so we jumped on the opportunity and received our new car much earlier than we expected. They were great about honoring the price we agreed upon during the initial order, and the financing process was straightforward, without pressure to buy add-ons. They oriented us to the vehicle in a thorough way and made sure our questions were answered. It was a very pleasant experience and we recommend them 100%! More
I usually feel very hesitant to leave negative reviews, but after they wasted my time I felt the responsibility to share my experience so other "victims" will be aware of this dealership. I was looking online for trading-in my car with a hybrid. Premier Kia Branford was one of the suggestions and I was fooled by the positive reviews. I used their online tools to appraise my car and explore my options, on their website they gave me ~$6000 (rough condition) - $8000 (clean condition) range for my car, and the payment for a 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid LX was about $375. I Received a call from a sales person telling me to visit the dealership (which is 20 min. drive from my home) so they can get a more accurate appraisal of my car, but they can't give me better offer for the new car price. So, I went there with my family, and the staff were very nice and courteous, we really felt appreciated, and thats why I gave them 2 stars. A person (maybe a manager) evaluated my car, I was in the dealership waiting to finish their own evaluation , I received an email from Kelly Blue Book stating that Premier Kia offered ~$5000 for my car, and I am certain they were not aware that I received this email, I think because I used KBB many times to evaluate my car, KBB recognized my car's vin number and emailed me their offer. The sales person (very nice gentleman) came and offered me $3500 for my car, which is ~$5000 less than their online tool and $1500 less than what Kelly Blue Book offered to me from them. I felt very stupid that I believed their online tool "scam" and actually wasted an hour and a half of my time and my families time. I do understand that online evaluation different from physical evaluation, but to be more than %50 off from their online tool and %30 less than what Kelly Blue Book gave them, this is nothing but scam and disrespect to me. I hope they were more honest and less greedy, especially during these difficult times. Bottom line, don't trust their word, and consider them as a last option to buy a car. More
