I had a terrific experience with both Julio Gomes and Owen Butler throughout the purchasing process. Julio answered all my questions and was incredibly patient throughout. It was my first time leasing a new car and I wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting into, and Julio not only explained how it worked but also wanted to help me get the best deal possible. After being directed to the Kia Niro EV I realized it was the perfect option for me after not considering an EV prior to that. Julio knew exactly what I was looking for. Owen helped me find out more of the technical details of owning and using an electric car, and explained everything in a very thorough way that gave a full understanding of EV ownership. He was incredibly helpful as well and I give both Julio and Owen 5 stars for incredible service. More

I am from out of state and this was my first time at this dealership. I was very impressed with the staff and the spit and polish of the entire place, including the shop. Overall not a great experience. Lack of knowledge of Costco auto program. Tried to charge me for VIN etching and Nitogren, which was already in the tires. Was told I would be charged an extra $1000 for vehicle if i had my own lender. I used them to apply for loan 2 weeks ago and they got me a loan at credit union. Just found out that my application went to Kia Finance as i just received the required credit notice. I was nevered offered any info about this which probably would have been a better intetest rate. Watch out for upselling of the "Zurich Guard". More

This is our second time purchasing from Premier KIA in Branford ( 8 years apart) We were very lucky and fortunate with our first Sorento so we went back for another one. Same car, same dealership and very happy that we were able to have Nate help us out once again! He makes purchasing a car easy and is friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of everything and in less than 12 hours, we test drove, made a decision with Nate's help, paperwork was signed and car ready the next morning! And Owen helped with all the technical options that the car came with, he made sure we were fully connected to the car and no issues before we pulled away. Best experience, again!! More
