Vin Vincent and Joe's main interest was finding the perfect fit for my budget and my happiness. Both Vincent and Joe went beyond exceptional! Vincent listened to what I wanted and what I could afford, and found me exactly what I needed without being pushy. Joe was able to make the financial process happen seamlessly. Truly thankful! Every vehicle I looked at was clean, and in great shape inside and out. Everyone there was friendly and I felt comfortable there; meaning, no one rushed me, the environment was relaxed and clean and customer-friendly! The strong ethic of confidentially made me feel at ease purchasing a vehicle from Premier Subaru-Watertown. Don't go anywhere else! More

first Subaru I traded in a Honda for a new Subaru Crosstrek. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. Started the search on the web and telephone. Michael Cola I traded in a Honda for a new Subaru Crosstrek. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. Started the search on the web and telephone. Michael Colagiovanni was my go to person. He found me the car I wanted at the price point I wanted. When I went into the dealership I dealt with John Risk, Joe Hernandez and the queen of tech, Darlene Lopez. I got a fantastic deal on my trade in. The dealership is like a little family. I went back to get help with learning some of the high tech safety features and some other little things. People knew me and greeted me warmly. It was an easy and very positive experience. I can see why they get good reviews and people go back More
First Big Purchase was fast and easy! This was my first time buying a almost new car and my experience at Premier Subaru was fast, easy, and great! Before going to the Subaru dealer in Wa This was my first time buying a almost new car and my experience at Premier Subaru was fast, easy, and great! Before going to the Subaru dealer in Watertown I had been looking around in other Subaru dealers; however, since I already have a car in mind with specific features and was not looking into a new car, it was hard to find a car that matched my description. Therefore, I began to search online, which is when I came across a car that was a perfect match and was at the Subaru dealer in Watertown, CT. This dealer was about 30 minutes away from where I lived, so I knew I would have to be driving back and forth if I ended up deciding to buy the car I had found online. When I went in the first day I didn't automatically go for the car I found online, I started by looking around at what other pre-owned cars were available. Once I did that I went in to ask for more information, which is where I met Vincent. Vincent was great! He was so enthusiastic and willing to help in anyway. Just one thing I though was inconvenient was that he was not able to answer a couple of questions about the car that I had. The questions involved the warranties on the car; however, he immediately found someone to answer my questions. In the end I was convinced by Vincent to buy the car, which I completely did not plan on doing that day! My idea was to look around and come back another day, but this car was a perfect match and the deal for the car was unmatchable! I then began the paperwork and to run my credit since I was financing the car. Carmine was very helpful in this step! He was able to break down the loads of information into simpler terms, which I greatly appreciate since this was my first time buying a car and I had no idea what I was in for. He gave me an estimate of what my monthly payments would end up being and how much I would have to put down in order to reach my goal. Finally, Joe assisted me which the contract, informed me about the warranties the dealer provided, and most importantly got me a great deal on the interest rate! To summarize my experience, I went in on a Thursday and drove my new car home the next day by the afternoon! This was great because I only had to drive back and forth twice! All I was in charge of was getting a bank check and the insurance information, the dealer did everything else, which included getting my new plates! Even though I went into Premier Subaru with a car already in mind and almost set I never felt pressured into buying a car, which is a very uncomfortable experience I had to experience in another dealer. Everyone at Premier Subaru was very friendly and answered all my questions. I consider myself a tough customer because I like to know every detail before making a big purchase so I tend to ask LOTS of questions, but at Premier Subaru everyone was very patient and went over information I didn't understand with me (sometimes even more than once!). I would definitely recommend buying a car here not only because of the service they provide and from my experience, but also because this dealer offered great prices for many of their cars! More

I contacted several Subaru dealerships in the Hartford area and narrowed my list of options to two certified pre-owned 2015 Subaru Legacy's. After comparing my two finalists, I decided to go with the one at Premier. I reached out via their website and the next day, one of Premier's internet saleswomen, Cristal Lima, reached out to me. Cristal was great throughout the entire process. I had a deadline quickly approaching so I was in contact with her almost daily over the course of two weeks to see when the vehicle would be ready for test drives. Despite the fact that I consistently peppered her with emails asking "is the car ready?", Cristal was patient, understanding, and did her best to find out when I would be able to test drive the car. She also introduced herself when I arrived at the dealership--it's always good to put a face to a name! Fortunately, the car was ready to be seen on the last day of my Nissan lease. I arrived around 10:15 am on a Monday morning and was greeted by salesman Vincent Davis. Vincent was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Subaru brand. He answered all the questions I had and showed me some of the added features of the vehicle while on the test drive. (Suggestion for Premier: consider a highway portion for the test drive so potential buyers can drive the car at higher speeds.) After the test drive, Vincent asked if I wanted to buy the car and when I wanted to take delivery. After telling him "I want it today," Vincent was more than accommodating to get it done. I received a discounted sales price from TrueCar via my employer before going to the dealership. I presented said certificate to Vincent who said he'd be able to get the deal done at the price I provided. I used a credit card for the down payment. At first I was concerned that I'd have to go to the bank to get a bank check as Vincent said there was a limit on how much I could put down on a credit card. After stepping away for a few minutes, he was able to charge the entire down payment on my card, which meant no added trip to the bank for me! I chose to finance the rest of the cost, and Vincent came back with a loan for 60 months at 5.99%. As all should when buying a car, I prequalified for a loan for 60 months at 4.19%. I said I would go with dealer financing if they could beat the rate I prequalified for. Vincent came back with 60 months at 3.79%. Product Specialist Darlene Lopez then took me out to the car to go through literally every button and feature. I was familiar with most of the features, but Darlene clearly explained what everything did and answered any questions I had. She also paired my phone via Bluetooth and added some radio stations as "favorites" for easy access. It was a quick walkthrough, but effective. Darlene hit on all aspects of the car. After signing a couple more papers with Vincent, I moved into the financing office with Sherry. I must admit, this was the part I was looking forward to the least. Sherry provided details of a handful of different extended warranties, varying from $12/month to $35/month. She did push for me to strongly consider them, but told her my methodology for declining. (A Consumer Reports survey said only about 36% of Subaru owners every use their extended warranties.) Sherry handled a ton, and I mean a ton, of paperwork and did so professionally, even after I declined all the warranties she mentioned. I was expecting some animosity after saying no, but there was none. The financing part is still probably my least favorite part, but Sherry was very open and easy to talk to. And that was it! Vincent took a photo of me in front of my new used car, Cristal and Sherry congratulated me on my purchase, and I was on my way. I've only had my Legacy for a few hours as of posting, but so far, so good! The whole process did take quite a bit of time. I arrived around 10:30am and didn't leave until around 4:00pm. I mentioned this before, but the test drive did not include any highway driving, which some buyers might want to do before making such a big purchase. In addition, Premier charges $99 for nitrogen to fill your tires and $299 for VIN etching. $400 may not seem like a lot in the grand scheme of things when the final cost could approach $20k or more, however both are already done by the time you take ownership of the vehicle. The $299 for VIN etching was the highest price among the handful of Subaru dealerships I contacted. For what it's worth, AAA and some police departments are starting to do this service free of charge. There are also $30 Do-it-Yourself kits on Amazon, so $300 seems like a lot. Overall, I had a very good experience at Premier. While I won't be in the market for another vehicle for years to come (hopefully), I would definitely recommend the team at Premier (especially Cristal, Vincent, Darlene and Sherry). More
Long day but a great experience! I saw a used car for sale online and between finding the car online, calling for its availability that same morning, making a visit to test drive, and I saw a used car for sale online and between finding the car online, calling for its availability that same morning, making a visit to test drive, and going through with paperwork, I was able to get everything done within the day and that's a great thing since my trip to and from Watertown took away 4 hours of my day. I almost had to make a 2nd trip to the dealership but Michael was very accomodating. They ended up staying 2 hours past their closing time to process everything so that I can drive away in my new (used) Subaru. The staff are very knowledgeable in each of their areas and are very friendly. I'd definitely recommend to others. More
