I was able to get an appt immediately to meet Mike in sales outside due to Coronavirus and test drive the car. He was excited about the car- showing us many safety features and what's under the hood. Delivery day was exciting and seamless, working with Sales, Finance and then they even have a Technician come and sit with you in your car and go through whatever you want on all the controls, setting up my Phone for Bluetooth and showing me many great Features that would have been overwhelming to figure out on my own. Great Dealership that I would highly recommend to anyone :) More

She was direct with pricing and there was no ridiculous back and forths as I have had with other dealers. My favorite thing about our interaction was how up front she was about the pros and cons of the car and how adept she was at talking me through its features and their functionalities. I had dealt with other salespeople who were rude, dishonest, and hard to reach. In these unprecidented times, being able to answer a call or text is imperative, and Jessica was always on the ball. When we did a test drive, she made sure to sterilize all surfaces and made us all feel very safe and comfortable. Really was an amazing experience and so, so easy. Bought a 2019 Subaru Outback. After looking at 1 to 2 year old cars for days I went to Premier Subaru. Our salesman was Ted Astarita. We bought a 2019 Outback with 12 thousand miles on it. Ted was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, no pressure! Due to the covid 19 pandemic, we had to do the paperwork in the back of the car. At home I reviewed the paperwork and had two discrepancies to discuss. I called Ted, and he said he would look into them. Ted called me back with an answer to one of the questions. The other was an error in my favor of 200 dollars. A few days later Ted called me and said I was correct and that it was an error on their part. Ted then explained to me that Premier was giving me a gift card worth 350 dollars towards my future oil changes. I was totally impressed. Not only did they admit the minor mistake but they went above and beyond to resolve it. I would totally recommend Ted Astarita and Premier Subaru. More

Battery Service I had a problem with my battery failing, I had to jump start it a few times over the course of 4 months even though the car is a 2018 with 18000 miles I had a problem with my battery failing, I had to jump start it a few times over the course of 4 months even though the car is a 2018 with 18000 miles. After discussing this with a service representative, I was transferred to Mr. Robert Alvine the owner of the dealership. He assured me that if I brought the car in within a few hours of the call he would replace the battery taking care of my problem. Problem solved within two hours. Thank-you. More
