I stopped into the dealership today to test drive a Legacy. I get a company car and needed to make a decision on which model to choose from. my choices were limited between Ford Fusion, Altima, Toyot Legacy. I currently drive a Subaru Outback. I have to say i was impressed by Legacy and I'm not going to bother test driving the others. The sales associate Jason Jarks was so nice and went of his way to let me test drive the Legacy knowing i wasn't purchasing directly it was going through my company to purchase. thank you! More

I just came from a Toyota dealer getting the usual pressure treatment. I almost didn't come to Subaru since I was thinking seriously about taking the RAV4. Satisfying purchase We purchased a used 2018 Subaru that was on the USAA car buying site. It was priced reasonably. When we got to Premier, we were assigned a salesperson, Michael Lucibello, and he showed us the car and we took a test drive. We were pleasantly surprised when it came to negotiating time and we were offered high end KBB value for our trade-in, a 2012 Forester. All the discussions with Michael were more like a fireside chat, rather than a bargaining process. He answered all questions and went the extra mile to provide a service record for the new vehicle. Neil Wetmore gave the technical explanation for the features of the car and saved us problems if we had just driven it off the lot. Brought in from the cold Michael found me wandering around the car dealerships lot on a bleak winter day.
