Kevin was great, he helped me narrow down what features I wanted and then let me test drive one a car. Kevin took down sone basic information and immediately had me approved for financing. While I was offered many deals and features to add to my vehicle, there was never any pressure to accept these offers. Upon delivery of the vehicle Kevon had my plates, title, and registration ready. I met with the Business manager who also offered me several coverage options and again I was not pressured to accept these offers. I got a tour of the facilities incudling the service center. They are currently constructing a state of the aet service center across the street which is very convenient if I need to bring my car in. Finally, Kevon walked me through the vehicle to show me the ins and outs as well as service on my car. More over, Kevin stayed with me for an extra hour to figure out how to connect my phone via Bluetooth to the car. We even tested a second car to verify there was not an issue with my car's computer. Eventually I found out it was an issue with my phone and the car connects perfectly well with my car now! Overall, a relatively painless procedure with great customer service! More

We found the Forester loaner, while our Impreza was being serviced, such a pleasure to drive that we wanted one. We worked out the deal with Joe Zerbo and then Kevon Morin and Rodney prepared us gave us good information and explained the features. We signed up for Starlink. Kevon then introduced us to the car. He is professional, gracious, knowledgeable and helpful and will go out of his way to make the entire process as better as possible.
