After an exhaustive search for the best used Outback for us, we ended up back at Premier. Mt thermos control valve was defective and the Forester is a little over 3 years old. Bob Alvine called me and asked me to bring the car in. This repair was not covered under the warranty and the cost was is a little over 3 years old. Bob Alvine called me and asked me to bring the car in. This repair was not covered under the warranty and the cost was $1500. Premier went out of their way to make this right and covered the entire repair except the diagnostic fee. Premier is changing my perceptions of car dealerships. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone buying a car. It's nice to know that there are still people out in the world who value doing the right thing and going the extra mile. More
