Enjoyable and efficient I was looking to replace my existing 4 cylinder Outback with a new 6 cylinder (3.6). I arrived at the dealership for the first time after 10.30 am, wa I was looking to replace my existing 4 cylinder Outback with a new 6 cylinder (3.6). I arrived at the dealership for the first time after 10.30 am, was immediately attended to by Jeff Lambert, the salesperson, and took a test drive of a 3.6 while my 2.5 was being evaluated. Jeff was able to find just the car I was looking for on the lot, fresh off the truck, had it prepped while I was completing the paperwork at amazing speed with Rodney and drove to the bank for a check. Jeff then ran me through all the new features of the car and the dealership's services (a lot of them) so efficiently that I was driving home in my beautiful red 3.6R by 1.30 pm. It would probably have been even faster if the DMV had not been a bit slow responding to Rodney's best efforts. As someone who doesn't like to shop in the first place and certainly doesn't like to be "sold" in the old style, this was a great and even enjoyable experience, given the good humor and professionalism of everyone I met. More

This is my first Subaru and my experience with Premier was top notch. I was a bit of a skeptic, but the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and no hard pressure sale. Brian Canell was helpful when I was researching online. Jeff Lambert was great about making the whole process go smoothly. He even called me on his day off to follow up with me. Rodney helped me thru all the paperwork explaining everything and answering every single question I had before I could even ask. Jeff walked me thru everything in the new car and I didn't feel rushed at all. Extremely nice guy and made the whole process stress free. I love my new car!! More

Always an excellent experience This is my second Subaru and second time buying it from Premier. My wife also bought 2 Subaru's from Premier and we always seem to come back for more. We have always gotten a good deal from here and although we live closer to another Subaru dealership, I choose to come back here both for buying new cars but also for service of the car. They explained our options with the car, financing, warranty etc., and were not overly pushy about those. Jason and Rose explained to us in some detail the features of the model, some are easy to miss in an online review. Rob was extremely clear in explaining all the details of the transaction. Joseph gave us a nice farewell and clear instructions for the first few weeks with our new car. We hope to be in a few years as satisfied with the dealer as we are now. More
