I am in love with this car. I previously drove a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer until I was struck by someone with no driver's license, and no current insurance card. My car was totaled. I previously drove a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer until I was struck by someone with no driver's license, and no current insurance card. My car was totaled. I was horribly upset. Thankfully, my insurance company ended up giving me more money for my car than I thought they were going to. I knew I wanted a Subaru because I needed the all-wheel drive. I searched online and then I came across a 2014 Subaru Legacy Premium for $12,900. The car had 98,000 miles, it was previously the executive car for a pharmaceutical company, all highway miles. The car is in beautiful condition, it rides incredibly smooth, and I didn't know where I would possibly find another 2014 Subaru in such condition for this cheap. I was helped by Ted my initial visit, and he made me aware that he was not be able to be there the day I picked the car up and worked something out with a gentleman named Rodney to help me the day I picked it up. Ted and Rodney were both very nice. After all the financials were taken care of I then helped by a gentleman named Herman. Herman came outside and helped me get rid of all the previous bluetooth setups and helped me set up my bluetooth to the car. I've never had the feature before, what a great feature. Herman also made me aware of all of the other great features of the car and how to use each of them. Herman was an extremely nice guy and extremely knowledgeable. He even recommended a restaurant down the road that my family and I checked out afterwards that was DELICIOUS. Herman also took me for a ride down the road and filled up my gas tank, and we had a nice conversation in the car. The man is incredibly down to earth and very easy to connect with. Long story short: Herman is the man, I love my car, and I would definitely recommend Premier Subaru in the future! More

We did the true car on line system and were greeted with courteous and polite sales people immediately. Lucas Pannone was very patient with us and our needs along with our plan to shop. He applied no pressure and everything was can do. We are now in the new Forester and are up to now quite pleased. Aside from the rest room having a peculiar odor to it, the entire experience by the entire team was great. We understood the deal for the service contract with Finance but I felt like we were at a time shares sales event. Could have done without that feeling. Thank you, Lucas More

Premier Subaru cannot be beaten. A competitor dealership showed me no respect as a buyer earlier in the day. Frustrated, I left and went to Premier Subaru. My experience there was nothing short of exceptional. A staff member put me in contact with Valentina, who then showed me the WRX's they had in stock. She was very helpful and kind throughout the viewing process. I was sold on the idea of the car and came in the next day and bought the car. Spoke with Rodney who was very helpful in the registration and paperwork process. Once the car was ready to go, Valentina helped me set up the electronics of the car and explained everything in detail. I am extremely satisfied with my vehicle and my experience and Premier. Nice folks at the service desk! I purchased a used 2005 Outback. It was clean and tidy. I purchased the car through Helena in Sales and needed to have the brakes looked at. I did mention to Helena prior to purchase and pick up that the brakes were funny....I didn't do any quick stops or anything but heard a grinding ....I mentioned it to her again....at the time of pick up. When I took the car back for the "brakes" I was told the car had new brakes on it and something got between the rotor and the brake pad and ruined the right front one....since I mentioned the brake issue prior to purchase I thought it would be on their dime, and while only 282.00 in repairs, I am happy with the car and service but thought it should have been on their dime. It does not change my mind about their service and friendliness...but I am going to write to Bob...the president and inquire. More

We ended up choosing the Forester and we love it - Valentina and team were very patient and worked to get us exactly the car we wanted at just the right price. When we sat down with Rodney to finalize the paperwork, everything was explained clearly and we never once felt rushed. The support post-buying has also been excellent and Valentina has checked in to follow up on our new car experience and has answered all of our questions. When it comes time to buy our next Subaru, we will hands down be back at Premier and will recommend Valentina to any friends looking for a new car. More
