The salesman's name was Tony Gagnon, normally I walk the other way when a salesman approaches me but Tony wasn't what I had always experienced on a car lot. We started talking and next thing we knew we made an appointment to meet Tony and further discuss buying our Forester. Our first meeting went well which led to the second and purchase of our Forester. Tony took the time to explain everything to us he showed such enthusiasm as he explained everything leaving nothing out. Herman took us out on the test drive and took very good care of us.
