Price is obviously important but equally important to me was to deal with a straight forward and professional sales staff. Brian introduced me to sales consultant Mark Gennette. Mark was a total gentleman right out of the gate, direct and knowledgable. My trade-in vehicle was inspected and a fair price offered. I traveled 2 hours to Premier, passing several other Subaru dealerships along the way. No regrets as it was worth the trip to be treated fairly and with respect. His experience in the auto industry helped us with comparisons of other makes and models. There was no pressuring to 'buy now or miss a great deal'. HIs knowledge of Premier's business procedures was not as informative, but sales manager Will Petrillo filled in with prompt and courteous attention to our questions re delivery dates, accessories, billing, etc. One problem specific to our situation: we inadvertently left behind a driver's license after closing the deal with a business consultant. After discovering the license was missing, thinking we misplaced it, we spent days searching our home to no avail. When we finally connected it with the purchase and called Premier, they said they indeed had the license and were storing it securely. An immediate phone call letting us know they had it would have saved us a lot of anxiety. More

He was more than willing to get me into the type of Subaru I was looking at, which, combined with his strong knowledge of the features and the decent price proposed for the new car, won him my business over the other CT Subaru dealers.
