The Premier Subaru in Branford, CT dealership was excellent. I knew exactly what I wanted and John helped me achieve it. From the moment I walked on the lot it was apparent that John Dockendorffs's main priority was to provide the best customer service experience of my life. He did not fail. John took the time to ask questions first to gain a sound understanding of my needs and then went above and beyond expectations when showing the options. He too was patient, knowledgeable and made the whole process a unique, enjoyable experience. John even helped me get a new insurance company with better rates. John also took care of all the transfer paper work of the car insurance. I definitely will recommend this dealership and John Dockendorff because both are extremely professional, knowledgeable and also very friendly It was a great experience! More

The fact that I'm extrmely frugal and in the financial planning industry made me exploit all my options to get the best deal with the best service. Adam Arsenault hands down was one of the best sales representatives I ever dealt with. He worked with me, knew my time frame and never tried to push anything on me. He gave me options and was realistic from the start so going into the deal I knew what to expect. My time is valuable and its hard to come across someone who actually acts in the best interest of the client. Rodney Pomerleau did a great job with my financing and gave me a great deal on a warranty. Will Petrilom the sales manager, even worked with me to come up with final price that worked for both of us. He really took into consideration my finanical situation and took care of me. I'm more than content with my CPO subaru. Now I know that the size of the dealer has no impact on the quality of service or prices. They found a long lasting customer, and that speaks for itself since I'm from NY. Now We Know Where to Go! Herman was a pleasure to work with! I wholeheartedly recommend him. Previously, my boyfriend purchased a Subaru Impreza at another dealership, and t Herman was a pleasure to work with! I wholeheartedly recommend him. Previously, my boyfriend purchased a Subaru Impreza at another dealership, and to say the least he wasn't at all impressed with his salesperson. So I went online to find the best Subaru dealership in our area, and not only was Premier Subaru close by, it had excellent reviews - and there are so many reasons why. Test Drive Day: We stopped in at the dealership on a whim, no appointment (but I suggest an appointment) and I was maybe 70% sure I was going to purchase a Subaru. We did a little research beforehand, and decided that that 2015 Legacy would be a good fit for me. Herman was selected as my salesperson and I have to say, he was a perfect fit, too! He let me test drive the Legacy at my own pace, gave tons of information on the car, showed us every little nook and cranny. Needless to say, the product is excellent, but sales has a role to play in inspiring customer confidence. Herman had an answer to every question we had, super knowledgeable about the products he sells and with a great sense of humor, so that was an excellent sign! I was sold on day one, but admittedly had chosen a color that was beautiful, but maybe a little too mundane for me. Herman suggested I see the Lapis Blue Pearl in person and even made the extra trip out to show me one at the sister dealership across the street even though Premier was close to closing time. Not only did it mean a lot to me, I ended up completely changing my mind about the color and going with the Lapis Blue Pearl (if you haven't seen it in person, you must). Long story short, I decided on getting a 2015 Subary Legacy 2.5i Premium in Lapis Blue Pearl with Warm Ivory Cloth interior. Pricing Day: So the next day we came in to negotiate pricing. The dealing was completely fair and I feel I got an excellent price for all the features I was looking for. You're just not going to find an AWD with all these bells and whistles at a better price. Do your research beforehand, make sure you have an idea of what you want to spend - I recommend Consumer Reports. The in-between: I'm so impatient! Haha, with a new/customized Subaru, you must know you will have a wait, as these cars are in heavy demand. My car had a 3-week turnover, and I did call and harass a few times, but Herman and Will were helpful and took the extra time to make sure my order was just right before I arrived. Pickup Day: At this point, I had already sold my trade-in to the original Honda dealership where I bought it, so that was all set. We had a few speed bumps with my insurance company sending through incomplete paperwork, but in the end it all worked out. Not at all a bad reflection on the dealership. Actually, Herman had the patience of a saint with all of this, haha. I got my brand new baby in perfect condition. Finance went through everything slowly and carefully with me, which was great. The icing on the cake, though, was the extra care Herman put into showing us every last darned feature of the car. He even synced my phone through the Bluetooth for me. Even my boyfriend was super impressed with the extra care Herman put into showing us every last feature. Awesome stuff, a day that started out filled with anxiety due to the insurance stuff ended in success. This car is gorgeous, it drives like a dream, I have so much control over every little feature, the entertainment system is a joy to use, and just overall I think there's no getting better for your money. This car definitely attracts the best kind of attention because there's just about nothing anyone can say that's bad about it (did I mention it's gorgeous?). Like I said, the product is great, but Sales is what really makes a product special for the consumer. Herman is a huge asset to Premier Subaru, his friendly personality makes you feel like you've become part of the Subaru family. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to come back to Premier Subaru for my next purchase; I highly recommend! More
