Great experience overall I had a great experience at Premier Subaru purchasing my first car. He worked around the clock to ensure all the bases were covered and really made me feel at ease. Overall it was a smooth transition into my new vehicle. My only suggestion would be to not include the Pulse Brake System on the bill. Luckily I caught it on the contract and asked to remove it, but if I hadn't said anything I would have been charged almost $500 more. I felt they were trying to sneak it on without notifying me. They were very cooperative to remove this option though and I really appreciate it. Definitely a positive experience overall! Thank you! More

I had frankly intended to go to multiple dealers, but to my surprise decided to focus on this dealership and find the right car there. Rodney was efficient and explained the various warranty options without resorting to high pressure tactics. Overall, I found the experience very positive. I am also very pleased with the Outback that I purchased. I have a sense of confidence about the quality and features. More

As a woman buying a car on my own for the first time, I found the perfect salesman in Ted Astarita. Ted was patient, a great listener, willing to take time to explore options (including leasing v. buying, and new vs. pre-owned), understanding, knowledgeable, and honestly dedicated to helping me find the right car for me. He answered my numerous questions and even on the busiest days gave my needs his full attention. Since leasing my new Outback, he has remained interested in my experience with the car, and has been generous with his time in terms of answering my questions and arranging to get my new iPhone synched to the car. I had a special issue which forced me to delay the start of my lease. Ted and the dealership management went beyond the call to hold onto my car for me until I was able to close the deal. In today's world, good customer service is sadly harder and harder to find. I'm thrilled to have found Premier Subaru, and look forward to buying/leasing more cars there in the years to come. More

Pete was personable and engaged throughout the process. The wait for the car was longer than expected, but that was really the result of a High demand / Low supply time window. Even with capitalism working against me, the dealership happily accepted "special pricing program". Overall, purchasing was a great experience. Lets hope that their service dept shines as brightly as their sales. More
