New Legacy vs. Used Impreza When I first contacted to the Subaru dealer...I had talked myself into a used Subaru. Moving to a new home I realized my little Veloster was never goi When I first contacted to the Subaru dealer...I had talked myself into a used Subaru. Moving to a new home I realized my little Veloster was never going to make it up the driveway in the winter, and also with being emergency personnel I need to get to work no matter what...no snow days for me! My partner has a Subaru, and it's pretty much all she talks about...how awesome it is, how she actually has fun driving in the snow. I knew that AWD was probably the way to go. I contacted the dealership online and had such a quick reply from Rita. I was so impressed with how quickly she responded! She was super pleasant and helped me set up an appointment with Helena to look at a pretty purple used Impreza I saw online. When I went to the dealership, Helena was wicked sweet and got me right outside to the lot to look at the cars. She explained financing and leasing to me, and leasing seemed to be a great option and could also get me into a brand new car...so that's what we did! I was escorted over to the Legacy row. I was skeptical of a light interior...I tend to be a little messy and I do own dogs...but once I got in, it's not what I had thought at all. The fabric appeared super easy to clean and she explained that there was an option to purchase a wear and tear protection plan. We took the Legacy for a spin...and I was in love. How it rode, how comfy it was...the TOUCH SCREEN! (huge bonus for me, I loved the one in my Veloster!). I was very excited! Overall...my experience with these ladies was phenomenal! Wonderful Experience I went here just to test drive to help figure out what I wanted. I was pushed into buying a new car due to my previous car being totaled in an acciden I went here just to test drive to help figure out what I wanted. I was pushed into buying a new car due to my previous car being totaled in an accident that was not my fault. I had my top 3 vehicles that I was looking at 2 of them being Subaru. I was very hesitant and anxious about purchasing a new vehicle as I never has to finance one before and wanted extremely low payments. I had an extremely hard time making a decision but Danny Oller was amazing in helping me relax, calm down, and think clearly about what my needs and wants truly were. Danny and Jeff were able to get me in my first brand new car ever and well below what I wanted my monthly payments to be. Best customer service ever. I highly recommend and I am not to due any kind of review or go around making recommendations but this place and the people are the best. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The prices are also amazing especially since you get the added benefit of a lifetime warranty. Don't go anywhere else when looking for a Subaru. You won't get better service or a better deal than here. More
