Go to another Subaru dealer! I bought a car here and when the hands off phone button didn't work on the steering wheel I was given excuse after excuse. After I waited for more tha I bought a car here and when the hands off phone button didn't work on the steering wheel I was given excuse after excuse. After I waited for more than a month to have this fixed, they came back with two solutions: #1- they could put me on another car with the same features that worked/navigation system from factory but I would have to pay an additional $2,500 (mind you I had already paid for these features) #2- put back the factory radio and remove the navigation system (aftermarket product that they installed, not my choice) and return some of the money I had paid for the system, not all the money they originally charged (according to their own email of what the price was). When I questioned their rationale for the discrepancy in price they got offended and I was told it was impossible to really know how much was discounted from the navigation system itself, and it was my problem they were just trying to help me. I put a complaint thru the BBB just to have Premier Subaru employee (manager) lie about our interactions on how I was interested in the money. In short, I rejected their offer because I'll rather have a faulty system than have one more interaction with this very dishonest group. Lastly, I received an email from the owner telling me how they support various community organizations, and how they are so awesome trying to change my opinion. I believe that when you give out to the community you should not be advertising it; you do it because you want to help others. You don’t do it to then pat yourself on the back and let everyone know. If you want to buy a Subaru (great car) just go somewhere else, and make sure is not owned by the same person since they have more than one dealer. More

It was nic My wife and I purchased the Vehicle from Adam Arsenault. We were extremely impressed with his courteous, helpful, and friendly attitude. It was nice not to have to deal with a pushy sales person. Adam took the time to explain all the features and non-features of the vehicle. Adam even spoke in our behalf on the trade in value of our trade in vehicle. Since I have purchased the vehicle I called Adam to seek advice on the remote start, and again Adam was caring and helpful . Adam is a credit and a extremely valuable asset to your dealership. We were highly impressed with Adam and bought the car at your dealership because of him and his commitment to your dealership. We have not dealt with your service department yet, but if they are anything like Adam I am sure we will be extremely happy. We are from New Britain, CT and chose your dealership to purchase from. It did not have a sunroof as advertised (that was blamed on the "marketing" company) and as I was told on the phone that it did. It was not "pristine" as stated on the phone. It leaked air conditioning fluid and had a warning light flashing "AWD" on the dash. There were no floor mats at all nor a cargo cover in the rear of the Outback wagon. A fender panel was slightly separating from the main body panel. The interior was so so and the driving performance was unimpressive. I did not buy the car. They did show me a similar Outback wagon of the same year with more miles which was a much better car, offered me a reasonable trade in value on my old Forester, and I signed a purchase agreement on that car that night though I did not pick it up until five days later because I was arranging my own financing. The morning after I took it home, I got a good look at the inside and outside of the car that they had "cleaned" before they handed me the keys. All of the windows were filthy, the dash did not even look wiped off. The nooks and crannies had lots of dirt in them and the floors had grit left in the carpets. It did have shiny stuff on the tires, as if that were a priority. The two people we dealt with did not show as much concern for the "buyer" as they did for the "dealer". I would have expected such treatment from a side street used car dealer and not a large volume new car dealer. Buying a new car there went well for my sister-in-law and she has no complaints. Buying used at Premier was not pleasant. More
Best car buying experience My recent purchase of an Impreza at Premier Subaru was the best car buying experience I've had, thanks mostly to Mark Stewart, my sales consultant. I My recent purchase of an Impreza at Premier Subaru was the best car buying experience I've had, thanks mostly to Mark Stewart, my sales consultant. I was pretty certain that I'd buy the Impreza but had some questions and wanted to give it a test drive. Mark was courteous and thorough, spending a good amount of time pointing out features and answering my questions. He also spent time reviewing features and answering *more* questions, when I returned to pick up the car. Mark listened and was respectful, unlike those who take the "hard sell" approach. Rather than speak negatively about other car manufacturers, he concentrated on all the pluses a Subaru has to offer, the Impreza in particular. My experience with Mark is the primary reason that I didn't go to another dealer to compare offers, which I've always done. When I phoned for clarification on items on the invoice and one of the tasks I needed to do, Mark was working with other customers. I was referred to sales managers Rich Johnson and Will Petrillo (the second call) and they, too, were most courteous and helpful. Finally, I believe I received a great offer from Premier, on both the cost of the car and the trade-in value of my former car. All in all, I highly recommend Premier Subaru for your purchase of a great car!! More
So helpful, friendly and respectful I had the opportunity to work with Danny. His manner is friendly and easy going. He understood what I needed because he listened to everything I said I had the opportunity to work with Danny. His manner is friendly and easy going. He understood what I needed because he listened to everything I said and worked quickly to put a plan into action. I had a very tight budget with very little wiggle room. He was honest and attentive. He called after I left for a check in. Best experience at a dealership in a long time. I will be back again for the next car I need.. hopefully the budget will be much bigger next time. :) Thanks Danny!! More

Mark Stewart was very attentive to our needs and patient/ Mark was an excellent sales person as we are both over 75 and this was a very traumatic experience - to buy our last car. Our daughter was with us to Mark was an excellent sales person as we are both over 75 and this was a very traumatic experience - to buy our last car. Our daughter was with us to begin with and Mark understood exactly what we wanted and where we were coming from. He assured us of all the positive aspects of the Subaru - long life with little maintenance . The test drive was very helpful and met our needs and it was a very positive event. Then he turned us over to Rodney to look at our papers - Rodney reprimanded Mark in front of us for not stapling certain papers together which I thought was totally inapproprate. Then when we returned we met Jeff who didn't seem to hear at all what we were saying that we didn't want a lot of add ons - he just kept going and wasn't listening. I understand this is his job to present all these options to us but it seems we should have had an option to say "no thanks" and be done. After hearing all the positive things about Subaru , then after we left Jeff's office we were bewildered by the host of things that will go wrong and we had better be ready. It was not a positive experience. Thankfully Mark came and explained the workings of the car to us and saw us off but we were totally exhausted after spending 2 hours when we thought it was only to come back - sign the insurance which I had arranged with Ahsley by phone - and drive off in our car. Great place to buy a car I had had a bad experience at another dealer and was hesitant to try again but I'm very glad I did. The personnel at Premier Subaru were very helpful I had had a bad experience at another dealer and was hesitant to try again but I'm very glad I did. The personnel at Premier Subaru were very helpful! I walked in and was immediately greeted by a woman who put me in touch with Mark Gennette. We talked for a few minutes and he asked me what I was looking for. We walked around out in the lot and I told him what I liked. Everything was very low-key. I took a test drive, he explained what was in the car, how the radio worked, the heated seats, etc. He was very nice. We went back to the dealership, made a deal and I put down a deposit. I wanted a car starter and the interior/exterior protection package that they had to put on so I didn't pick the car up that day. When I went back to pick up the car, everything went very smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to doing business with them again! I would highly recommend Premier Subaru for your next vehicle. Great people and great prices! Thank you, Mark!
