Great Sales Associates! Used car managers in charge of my trade were all about the money. Unwilling to negotiate my trade, and didnt even meet face to face. I found financing myself through my military bank, USAA tens minuets after leaving the dealership frusterated. I excpected more from such a reputable dealership. I had been considering an Outback for several months as I was coming off a lease on an Infinity M37 in the end of March. I was exploring four other cars.and met Mark for the first time which happened to be the last day of a sale Premier was having. My wife and i took a test drive and we were both sold. Mark really helped us to understand the many features that the 2014 Outback provided and why they were important. I have been in sales for many years and i was impressed with the low key and yet very professional approach and education that Mark provided to us. Rod was also thoroughly professional in handling the financial paperwork that was necessary. Within 24 hours of my sopping in I drove off in a new Indigo Pearl with leather, moon roof, the entire car protection package and a 125,000 mile service contract. I would recommend these folks to anyone and Mark would be a great choice to begin the process. More

At the beginning of my appointment with Mark Gennette, my sales consultant, I told him I had "come to look". He really listened to the list of features I was interested in, and his patience in answering all sales consultant, I told him I had "come to look". The very lengthy test drive covered different road types and traffic conditions. Mark and Rich Johnson put their heads together and 5 hours later I was no longer looking--I was purchasing a new 2014 Forester. I have had the car for a week, and Mark is still helpful when I have a question the manual in unclear in explaining. It was truly a pleasure working with Mark, Rich, Rodney and Premier Subaru of Branford, and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
