This was my first purchase of a Subaru and my experience was very impressive. My salesman was attentive to detail in explaining the options offered on the vehicle and in answering all my questions. Even though the exact car that we were looking for was not on the l recommended to us by a friend. He listened to us with regard to what we wanted. Even though the exact car that we were looking for was not on the lot (we were looking for a manual transmission outback in a specific color), Jeff out did himself in making sure we had the opportunity to try a manual shift. He knew his product very well and was extremely clear in his explanations of the features of the car. At no time did we feel any pressure from anyone.
