During my first visit, I had the pleasure of running into Michael Iovino and immediately felt that he was the kind of relaxed, low-pressure salesman I wanted to work with. Mike was absolutely terrific in every way: knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and patient. Over the course of several more visits spanning a five-week period, Mike was always available to answer my questions and discuss the pros/cons of specific vehicles I zeroed in on. At no point did I feel rushed into making a decision, nor was I ever made to feel like I was wasting his or anyone else's time. I really respect this long-term-view approach to doing business; it's clear that Premier is a dealership that makes customer loyalty and satisfaction a priority. Long story short: because of Mike, I am now the proud owner of a gently used 2010 Forester that met all of my criteria. My husband and I went to "shop around" for a new vehicle. We had read and talked to friends and coworkers and thought we would go test drive three makes of cars. We had no intention of buying new vehicle. We had read and talked to friends and coworkers and thought we would go test drive three makes of cars. We had no intention of buying a car that day but after driving a limited Subaru outback, we did indeed buy the Subaru that same day without test driving any of the other makes. Herman Winston, the salesman who worked with us is very knowledgable about the vehicles. The reason we bought the car that day is because Winston was very patient with us and helped us to trade in our vehicle and buy a car. I never dreamed I would LOVE a Subaru but boy was this a great decision. I have owned many makes of cars but I am feeling the Outback as the best one!!!!! More
