We needed another car since we are adding a driver to the family. We had researched different cars and because we wanted a safe and New England weather friendly car, we decided to check out Premier. Upon learning how much work my 2001 Outback needed and what it was going to cost, I decided to use the money on a deposit for a newer vehicle. Once I found the car I wanted, he was very scrupulous and meticulous about going over all of the details and making sure I knew all the ins and outs of the cars features, the warranty, and how the deal for the car would work. He helped get the price down to a level that I was very comfortable with and I definitely appreciate everything he did for me. He followed up the day after I left with the car to make sure everything was going well which it surely was.
