Came in for an oil change & Subaru America alert on a "Front Exhaust" problem. They strongly suggested new filters, oil change, gasket, etc.Ms. Collazo was Rude, & brash. Technician E. Joyner left the plastic "basin" cover hanging off its hinge (located below the glove compartment which was intact when my car arrived). This is not the first time they've not put things back the way they were. They're sloppy & are not mindful. The cover over my exhaust was left loose on my prior visit, but they take no responsibility for their errors & omissions. Bob, the owner doesn't listen or care. I've reported them to AAA, a Subaru partner, and received an apology, but not from Bob. He again did not respond, many people love their Subarus, Just not THIS DEALERSHIP. I was referred to Premier via COSTCO Car buying services, in the winter of 2017. I paid for vehicle prep services I did not get at delivery. I was given a "We Owe" slip, which they did not want to honor later. The service dept left the vehicle out in the snow & rain in early March and left many scratches and dents on the hood removing ice, which I pointed out, but said they couldn't see it to bring it back later. When the weather was better, I returned. I was told to leave, but stood my ground, as my sister had witnessed these issues. I was yelled at by the business manager and Bob, the owner who contradicted what they saw, stating it must have been "neighborhood kids" who climbed up and put dents on the hood near the windshield. There were no kids in my area at that time. I complained to Subaru America back then, but no follow-up. I'm very disappointed with Subaru. Chase Bank and Subaru were paid in full in 2021, Now no one supports my claims regarding the issues with Bob and Premier Subaru. But people are complaining on the internet, which will eventually impact Subaru and Kia Sales! Guaranteed. More

My Service Advisor, Dominick Santoli, was very professional, courteous and helpful. Plastic covering was put on the driver seat and wheel. I appreciate that effort. If my car needed work other than the 61,000 mile inspection, my approval was requested first. I had requested a loaner car. The car was nice and clean. My review is over the service department and the great job my advisor did. To make a long story short, my vehicle was purchased at another dealership and had some issues. Initially this dealership was hav job my advisor did. To make a long story short, my vehicle was purchased at another dealership and had some issues. Initially this dealership was having a difficult time diagnosing the full extent of the problem and it became very frustrating. My advisor Maegan understood my frustration and never took my attitude to heart. She really is a trooper and I thank her so much for all she did to help. She actually went above and beyond to help. I do recommend seeing her and Premier Subaru for service. Who else would stay late to get a warranty company to pay up? Great people and they do work very hard. I honestly do not recall who I spoke to in parts, but he was knowledgeable and helped me to fix a problem with my other car. Saved me thousands just by him asking questions. Another time I came there and the parts guy actually went out and looked at the trim molding I was having an issue with and fixed it on the spot. The team at Premier Subaru is simply awesome and they go over and above. Thank you guys. More
