We are sorry to see your review. We do those oil changes for as low as $39 per service with our oil change club card. Without question, the cost of oil changes has gone up over the last few years. We have increased our prices by only $5 over the last 2 years. Conventional oil is subject to an additional tax - which actually increases the price quite a bit. We encourage our customers to take advantage of our daily club card special which brings those changes down to only $39 per oil change. We are confident that nobody in the market will do an oil change - using Genuine Subaru oil and parts - for $39.

As you may have noticed and been informed by our team members - we have been undergoing a massive computer upgrade as we move to a platform that will significantly enhance our client's experience. Due to that changeover - there have been delays and, we did post signs throughout our dealership accordingly. We expect this to subside quickly as our team becomes used to this system. I understand upgrades to computer systems are necessary but being notified when making an appointment or when checking would have been helpful. At no point was i formed that there would be a delay if i had been notified i would have dropped off the car and returned later.
