I called for an appt to have my oil changed and was told no need. Just come in and they would take care of it. I did and waited three hours for a simple oil change. Meanwhile at least 20 customers came in a no need. Just come in and they would take care of it. I did and waited three hours for a simple oil change. Meanwhile at least 20 customers came in after I did and were finished before. When I complained I was told I should have made an appt. I have been a customer for a long time but I am now looking for another Subaru dealer. More
