@Pasciarrette - Thank you for your review. We pulled the paperwork from the express lane and they did the oil change club card oil change (no charge) and the full multipoint inspection (no charge). They noted lights were out and, you declined the replacement. If you had opted for it - we would have installed a single new bulb - and, obviously, if that failed to work - we would have looked elsewhere. It is not often that fuses blow that power those items -so, if it was a fuse - we would have wanted to look further to see if there is a fault in the electrical line - since, it could potentially happen again and be an unresolved issue. This would include any presence of rodent damage in the electrical lines - since, your situation is a bit unusual. Our company would, obviously, not charge you to change the lights we suggested if it ended up being a fuse or something minor - or unrelated for that matter. We also noted some other items that we recommended, such as your broken sway bars that we do suggest be attended to. As you do have more than 100,000 miles - you do receive a discount on those services. We have no such records of any oil consumption concern when you were in for service. If you do have such concern - we would need to look into that further for you. Thank you.
