William/ Rick Marino, our General Sales Manager, has attempted to contact you today. We know that you took delivery of your preowned Jeep about a month ago and understand that your concern is related to a bluetooth system in your vehicle that has recently failed. As our team attempted to relay to you - bluetooth matters can be related to software, or, hardware in either the phone or the vehicle - or both. If the system has recently failed, chances are some sort of software in the phone was updated. As we indicated to you, given that your vehicle is a Jeep - you should consult a Jeep dealer as they would be able to check the software in the Jeep to determine if that needs to be updated. As with most cars - the car companies do maintain a list of phones and software in which the vehicles are compatible with. As you know, the software in a vehicle is not updated as frequently as the software in a phone - so, there could be a compatibility issue. While we are versed with that with the Subaru line - a Jeep dealer would be best to answer these questions for you. We are sorry that you feel we deserved a one star - after the team worked hard to provide you with an exceptional delivery. Best wishes in the future.
