Andi Vilches was exceptionally patient with us as we learned all the new features about our new car. We are the furthest from tech savvy and she took the time to make sure we understood everything befor learned all the new features about our new car. I felt as though me having knowledge of how everything works in my car was important to her. She certainly had her hands full when she got us. It’s not easy teaching an old dog new tricks but thanks to Andi, we know know how to use all the bills and whistles we got on our car. She was kind enough to walk through everything and gave us her card in case we have any questions. That made us feel good and made us feel as though just because the sale was final doesn’t mean the relationship with the dealer is. Hats off to Andi!! She was GREAT!! To people of my generation looking at all the features on the car could be very overwhelming and in some cases deter someone from buying a car. But if they are lucky enough to get Andi like we were they will ride in confidence knowing that they know whatever the button is for. It is people like her that bring back returning customers More

I just purchased a 2022 Subaru Touring Forester yesterday and couldn’t be happier, both with the car and the great service at Premier Subaru in Branford. As everyone knows, new cars are very difficult to find and Rick Marino the manager of sales, was very helpful to me in finding the right car and securing it for me upon arrival. My sales person Jessica was absolutely great right from the beginning. She was patient and kind and very very knowledgeable about all the different models and trims and helping me to find the correct car for me. She kept in touch with me consistently and is just great at her job. Phil, who managed the financial part was also fabulous in answering all my questions and in helping me to make the right decisions. He is also great at his job and is friendly and very easy to work with. I also want to mention that Andy, who showed me all the details about the car, was also perfect at her job.While I’m sure she goes over the same details many times with many different people during a day, she made me feel very special in my new car and I appreciated that very much. I highly recommend buying a car at Premier! More
