Jesse was wonderful from the moment I called on the phone to say we were traveling from Pittsburgh, and we were interested in a specific vehicle. When my family and I pulled into the parking lot, the vehicle to say we were traveling from Pittsburgh, and we were interested in a specific vehicle. When my family and I pulled into the parking lot, the vehicle was up front, heated, and ready for a test drive. Jesse was amazing with my family as we had 2 little ones with us. He was patient and took the time to answer all of our questions and ease our concerns. Although this was a big purchase, Jesse and Nancy took the stress out of the typical car buying hassles. Nancy found things to entertain our little ones while we were completing paperwork. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness. We look forward to working with them when purchasing future vehicles. More
